can you test with another computer? if really have issue with hardware, we will re send you a new KC868-AG.

Hi, i bought a new laptop. asus TUF. with this unit the KC868-AG still not able to detect. it's getting usb ding-dong on and off repeatedly.
i think that unit is faulty. second unit is working fine.
