only use by USB-RS232 cable, not RS485.

I have difficulties installing USB-RS232, tried on several computers and didn't manage to install.
Is there any other way?
I have Somfy WT protect motors. Can motors be damaged if software on HS32BS not updated?

when update firmware will not control your relay output ON/OFF.

You mean automatical control will not work?
If I use manual switch than it should work normally?

my means: during you update your firmware. controller's relay will not change state.
I have Somfy WT protect motors. Can motors be damaged if software on HS32BS not updated? why must update your firmware? current version also can use. i don't know what you want to do with update firmware.

I wanted to update firmware of HS32BS because it was advise by Kincony to update so the controller can work with blinds.
Did I understand wrong?
