I successfully compiled and uploaded the Arduino code. When I attempted to flash the AS with the bin file after setting the parameters and clicking Start, no response was received; it simply idled. So, the process was not complete, and I could not carry out the mic test. What went wrong? See attached picture

where you bought from, if microphone is broken, we will re send you a new AS. Tell us your order number, whether bought from kincony official store?

We bought four from your store, and the four are behaving the same: Order Number 2557

Yes, unfortunately. We noticed that the speakers were out of place, which we have since corrected.

I started over to configure Kincony AS, but was unsuccessful. I have attached all the pictures of my configuration. The Wake Word appears unavailable. Kindly debug this issue as I have used three different HA installation with the same result. I bought four of these device. Kindly consider resolving this urgently.
