do you means you have set correct time zone, but IFTTT can't work? if YES, take screen photo of your IFTTT setting.

what's your time zone set? if you can take a video of your problem send to whatsapp number: +86-15381188302 will be better.
you can try to connect w5500 with SPI bus, just i have not tested.
