I've already used the A16v2 schematic PDF to figure out the issue, it's more a case of the circuitry being set up in an unexpected way, i.e. where the LEDs indicate a voltage present on the output (even if it's off) rather than indicating that the output in on. In any case though I'll PM you my email address...
