RE: N60 N30 N20 N10 ARM CPU firmware V20_260324SP - pvana - 05-10-2026 Hi, should I wait for any idea for a solution? No power value in W is displayed in Energy Monitor 2. The mains voltage is displayed. The current is displayed. The power factor is calculated internally separately for each measuring coil ? Thanks Pavel RE: N60 N30 N20 N10 ARM CPU firmware V20_260324SP - admin - 05-10-2026 can you read by PC software via USB-RS485 adapter, whether have power value for Monitor2. here is PC software link: https://www.kincony.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=9326 RE: N60 N30 N20 N10 ARM CPU firmware V20_260324SP - pvana - 05-12-2026 (05-10-2026, 11:00 PM)admin Wrote: can you read by PC software via USB-RS485 adapter, whether have power value for Monitor2. Hi, CHIP2 (CH3, CH4, CH5) isn't displaying any values. Any ideas on what to do about this? RE: N60 N30 N20 N10 ARM CPU firmware V20_260324SP - admin - 05-12-2026 your photo CH3,CH4,CH5 all have data. do you means CHIP4,CHIP5,CHIP6? you are using N30, so only chip1,chip2,chip3 have data. every chip manager 10 channel CT. Address:200 Check IRMS_CH1, IRMS_CH2, and IRMS_CH3—those are OK—but WATT_CH1, WATT_CH2, and WATT_CH3 have no values. RE: N60 N30 N20 N10 ARM CPU firmware V20_260324SP - pvana - 05-13-2026 Hi, I need your opinion on whether I received an N30 with defective BL0910s. Or am I doing something wrong? Alternatively, do you have any ARM CPU firmware I should try? I’ve tried just about everything, and it seems to me that the device is behaving erratically. For example, right now at 1.035 A, it shows 21.8 W at 235 V, while another meter shows 221.2 W. RE: N60 N30 N20 N10 ARM CPU firmware V20_260324SP - admin - 05-13-2026 take a photo screen of your "SysParamModify" page of PC software. i want to see what "coefficient" you are setting. We strongly recommend using Kincony's CT sensor. If using a third-party CT sensor, it requires accurate manual configuration of various parameters, which is quite complex. |
