i try to connect kbox witch my a16.
using port 80 i get
relay connect ok, col connect ok, connection to server fail.
also without internet, only wifi

which KBOX app you are asking? please take a photo. because there is mobile phone version and PC software version, they are different.

i used kbox for windows on de lenovo laptop and kbox mobile for celphone

the KBOX pad app only use for 32 channel relay board. if you want a windows PC software ,you can use this one: https://www.kincony.com/download/MulitiBoardCtrlV1.0.3.0324.zip
KBOX mobile phone app can work with KC868-A16, just enable KC868-A16 work as "TCP Server" protocol.

ok i tried multiboard on de pc. this also not works. no connection with tcp.
i tried kbox on gsm. other adresses dont work.
see my picture. is that adress correct?

multiboard program use by 32 channel relay controller. NOT use by KC868-A16
KBOX mobile phone can work, take a photo, how you enabled TCP Server and port in KCS protocol webpage.

i have now connection.
tcp server enabled
tcp client off
port 4196
adres ethernet ip not wifi ip
as mentioned before by user imtiaz, when using di buttons, kbox mobile dont update automatic.
reload page to update as seen in the videos before.
is there a solution for this .

yes, KBOX app will not auto update. But if you visit by web browser in mobile phone, that will auto update in MONITOR webpage.
