Cable length run? - deanfourie - 10-03-2023

What is the maximum length of cable run that can be supported for a clamp sensor and still receive accurate readings?

Thanks

If you need longer clamp sensor cables, would be best to get them in the mA output version. Idea being that the current output doesn't change over wire length, whereas the voltage does.

yes, "current" type for long distance cable. "voltage" will reduce when cable very long.
