Hi, I received my KC868-A16-V3.1 today.
When power on with 12V dc, 12v led is on and output led is flashing one time, BUT OLED display is black .
Tried IP scanner over ethernet, but cant find the board..have connected the board via ethernet cable.
what to do?

because new board no firmware inside of ESP32.
you need download KCS v3 firmware by USB-C cable firstly, here is online guide: https://www.kincony.com/how-to-use-kcsv3-firmware-esp32-board.html

One more question, is it possible to run the board itself with 24v?
Or do I need a 24-12v DC/DC converter, since i am going to use 24v on the outputs controlling underfloor heating valves.

sure , KC868-A16v3 board can work with DC24V power supply directly.

Do you plan export posibility for settings in firmware? would be great to not need setup mqtt and IFTTT etc. after installing new firmware.
2.
Witch wifi antenna do you recomend for this board?

2. any 2.4G wifi antenna can be used.
