Trying to integrate KC868-A16 with HA, I am getting an error after flashing the yaml file. See screenshot and yaml file attached

Does it mean I should not change the IP address? 192.168.1.199? my IP address is 192.168.1.100

no, that already commented, you can delete the static ip setting, just use by DHCP.

A16 does not retain State, when power goes off, it returns to Off State even if it is On state before pwoer goes off.
I used ESPhome to flash A16

there is "restore_mode" option for ESPHome.
RESTORE_DEFAULT_OFF - Attempt to restore state and default to OFF if not possible to restore.
