need help for choosing kincony products - Andrea - 08-04-2025

Hi,
i'm new.
I need advice on choosing the best electronic board for my needs. My requirement is to control the temperature of 16 or 20 wine tanks. Cooling occurs by opening a 24-volt motorized valve. Temperature control is via a DS1820B or other compatible sensor. Each sensor is connected to its own output relay. I prefer a wired connection, and it would be better to divide the controls across multiple 4 or 8 I/O boards, especially to avoid a total blackout in the event of a board failure. I would also like to interface with Home Assistant or at least monitor temperatures with my phone outside of the Wi-Fi network. Can you help me make the best choice? Thank you very much.
There is a compatible HMI to manage temperatures directly from a control panel and not just from a PC or smartphone

thanks for replay, i'd prefer smaller boards to connect eachother or via lan or via r485.
i mean: a server box with a touch screen (hmi, gateway_) to set temperatures. than other slave boards maybe 4 or 8 output connected to server.

the reason is to avoid long cable distances for sensors and actuators
