KC868-AP — Power injection, multi-PSU, and amplifier support - stansvec - 08-20-2025
Hello,
Could you please confirm these points for KC868-AP (PWM dimmer for LED strips):
- Power injection: Is it supported to inject extra DC power along the LED strip? Any rules or limits?
- Multiple PSUs: Is it allowed to use more than one DC power supply for different channels/zones? If yes, how should they be connected? If no, must we use only one PSU?
- Amplifier / power repeater: Can the KC868-AP PWM outputs drive an external analog LED amplifier (RGB/RGBW) so the strip is powered by a local PSU? Any specs/models to follow?

1. sure, you can use a extend power supply for LED strip.
2. every 8 channel dimmer output use by common DC terminal. you can use multi power supply, just connect all power supply's GND together.
3. sure, per channel output use by mosfet that max 10A for DC load.
