Dear Admin,
I have T64m Power 12V PSU.... What is the problem if KC868-E16v2 COM TO NO reading 11.7v thats why my siren 12V not trigger, Do I need to seperate 12V PSU for t64M and KC868-E16v2.?

take a photo how you wire, or write your diagram on paper.

Hi Admin,
I believe I've identified the issue. I am using a T64M power PSU DC Power Supply - DC12V 4.5A. This power supply also splits to supply the KC868-E16v2 DIN Rail Relay.
This setup might explain why the COM & NO only voltage reading is 11.6V. Is it possible that this is due to my PSU only being 4.5A?

maybe you have connect wrong pole, so i want to see your diagram how you wire, please take photo, so that can help you, i don't want to guess quesiton.
