N60 not retrieving IP - edalquist - 02-21-2026
I have a brand new N60, when I power it up and connect it to my network it doesn't pull an IP address from DHCP. The connection light on the ethernet jack turns on but no IP is setup. Is there a default IP for this device?

Turns out the device comes with no firmware by default, I just needed to flash the firmware to get it up and running.

yes, you need to download KCS v3 firmware by usb-c cable firstly.
