RE: N60 N30 N20 N10 ARM CPU firmware V20_260324SP - Painy - 03-25-2026 Hello I've updated cpu to N102030_KU_V20_260305SP.bin. However, since then the power readings seem to be all wrong. For example, channel 1.4 should be about 300W rather then 36W RE: N60 N30 N20 N10 ARM CPU firmware V20_260324SP - admin - 03-25-2026 clear energy data by PC, the right windows have clear BUTTON. after reboot, test again. I used the new version of the app, pressed the clear button and after that, turned off power for 30sec and on again but still wrong power. RE: N60 N30 N20 N10 ARM CPU firmware V20_260324SP - admin - 03-25-2026 do you means old ARM CPU firmware is correct, just after updated newest ARM CPU, value is error? RE: N60 N30 N20 N10 ARM CPU firmware V20_260324SP - Painy - 03-26-2026 Yes, the default firmware it shipped with gave me a correct power reading. I updated to N102030_KU_V20_260305SP.bin first (by mistake earlier version). Today to N10203060_KU_V20_260324SP.bin. I pressed clear chip button and rebooted, but power reading remains wrong as seen in screenshot RE: N60 N30 N20 N10 ARM CPU firmware V20_260324SP - admin - 03-26-2026 ok, we will check. RE: N60 N30 N20 N10 ARM CPU firmware V20_260324SP - Painy - 04-10-2026 Where you able to find anything? RE: N60 N30 N20 N10 ARM CPU firmware V20_260324SP - admin - 04-11-2026 i have tested , no problem. you can try: whether you have set the "coefficient" , default should be "1". here is photo: i suggest you hold on the "RST" button 3 seconds, reset ARM CPU to factory default setting. Once again I cleared chip 1-3 and pressed the reset button for >3 seconds. The connection is then lost to the Kincony items application and I have to reconnect. However once again the wattages are incorrect. I've never changed the coeficient, but as you can seen in the screenshot it is at one |
