Hi,

I had something similar with the N30 board I bought in April this year and noticed that I had to power-off the board and power-on to force the board to use the new factro settings if you changed them.
Did a lot of changes to the factors because I am using CT 1000:1 (efectively the appeared to need a factor of 2.1 to get close to a real Power value.

Only after unlugigng the board and restarting it suddenly was close to what I configured.

We strongly recommend using a 2000:1 CT sensor, preferably a KinCony CT sensor, which requires no complicated configuration.

if you use kincony's CT sensor, you not need to change setting. all setting are "1"

This is another CT like yours.
So the same 1 should be at all inputs?
