kc868-A16S3 v3.2 - 5310h - 08-26-2026
I have a KC868-A16 V3.2 (ESP32-S3) board powered from the supplied 12 V KinCony adapter. I successfully flashed the official A16V3 ESPHome YAML from this forum.
In the ESPHome web page, outputs 1 and 2 show ON (and I also tried all outputs ON), but none of the 16 on-board output indicator LEDs light. No load is connected.
With output 1 ON, I also measure 0 V between output terminal 1 and the red

+12/24VPlease confirm the exact required power wiring for both output banks on V3.2, and whether the output LEDs should light with only the board powered and an output switched ON. I can provide photos if needed.

you should connect "DC" terminal with power supply's +

connect RED cable to your PCB as same as photo.
