KC868-A16 and Tuya - newdos - 10-09-2026
Hi ,
just got my board working now but I cannot use the tuya app. Whenever i scan the QR code from within KCS I just get the message 'Device_already_bind' (see pic) and therefore the board does appear in the app so rendering app of no use. The licence is all enabled in KCS (see pic). Thanks for your help.

your controller already bind with your tuya account. one controller only can bind with one tuya app account.

what you want to do now? use tuya app by two person?

no i just want to use for myself with my tuya app on my iphone. Dont you need to unbind it so i can register the board?

do you first time use tuya app. or you have already blind with one tuya account you remember?

I may have used the app before but with a different device all together. never used it with 868-a16. weirdly it has a user code in the app but no idea where that came from - not somethinf i would of used - its is CxlR2V3
