But to day
it's not running well
no connected in wifi
and I can't communiqueted with port USB
What's happend ?
Does exist a hard factory reset

do you use esphome or KCS firmware? if use KCS firmware, you can hold on the "DL" button (just GPIO0) >10 seconds, will be reset.

I have a KC868-a4 board, with fimware 2.2.20 installed. I purchased tuya licence and everithing on the board seems to work, except that the board is always offline in tuya app. Already tried several things, multiple resets,... I have no idea
On A4 board KCS monitor webpage, the tuya state whether is red color always
