T32M issue with Output 1

Hi,

I have just received my T32M device and started assembly. I noticed that Output 1 is directly connected to DC+, turning on/off the output doesn't stop the circuit, it's always on.
I have recorded a short video to demo. Can you please advise if there is something special about output 1 or if there is a fault? All other outputs from 2 to 32 are ok, can turn them on and off.

can you connect with a load, such as a extend relay or DC contactor, test if work well. if also have this issue, tell us your order number, we will re send you a new T32M controller, maybe need replace the mosfet of OUTPUT1 port.

If I connect a load to this output it always stays on. I purchased the controller through your "Kincony Controller Store" on Aliexpress, I have messaged there.

ok, i see. that is not our official store, it's our agent. your board need replace mosfet for OUTPUT1. if you can replace , you can try . if you can't replace, contact with the seller.
