Water Level Sensor Readings Not Changing with Water Level Variations
#11
A8Sv2 have 4 channel analog input port: 2CH is 0-5v 2CH is 4-20mA total can use for 4 pcs water level sensor.
you can chose 0-5v or 4-20mA output version.

Thanks! all clear.

I've a main controller running HA at home. I want to manage water level sensor, pumps, solenoids and some perimeter sensors in remote locations (25m, 75m from main the board). I understand an extension board close the sensors make sense... Could you advice what controller would you use? Maybe RS485 (only 2 wires, long distances) fits for the case.

pumps, solenoids is OUTPUT device, 25M and 75M is ok.
if you use long distance, suggest chose "current" type of analog sensor, such as "4-20mA" version, it can work with hundreds meters , no problem.

Hello,

I know long distance works fine with that kind of devices. My point is to avoid so many cables for every pump, led light and solenoid where voltage drops on. In that case, what extension board do you recommend? I would bring just 2 RS485 wires from main board to the remote one. Rest of devices wires will be close to the extension box.
