KCS v2 not support directly. KCS v3 support DS3231 directly.

For information. The KC868-A16 with KCS v2 firmware supports an internal clock in esp32. The watch starts when connected to the Internet. The clock is ticking accurately. When the power is turned off, they are reset. I'm using backup power. If the KC868-A16 works offline, the watch can be started by connecting to the KC868-A16 via a smartphone.
