Basically the integrated relays are rather small and they do not handle large currents. A lot of LED lights (especially cheap ones, but sometimes even higher-end ones) create what is called high inrush current - for a few milliseconds, you have several amps going through the switch. This is enough to fry it shut.
This is why you are supposed to use the integrated relays to drive larger external ones, or solid-state relays. You could use for instance these https://www.kincony.com/omron-din-rail-r...odule.html
You have another discussion here about this:

For my own case, I bought spare relays, I desoldered the relay from the board and I soldered a new one instead. I know now that I need to use external relays for some specific lamps in my house...
For more info you can google "high inrush current".
Tha ks for your prompt and interesting answer. I read the thread you mentioned.
@admin I asked before purchasing if this product was ok for my setup. I have to connect to each Relay 10 t8 LED with each 25W and 0,15A. Planning to use all 32 Relay same way. The answer from XU WEI on ALIBABA was "no problem", each relay can take up to 7A
What can I do now?
As said before purchasing the board this is what it should do:
it is used for vertical farming.
The scheme should be simple:
A Raspberry pi 5 controll the HB868H32pro board.
Each relay control a single layer of a shelf. On each layer there are n.12 t8 LED bars with following specs: AC 180-240V, 25W, 0,13A
This means in total should be able to control 12x32 LED t8 bars. Total of maximum 384bars.
You told me on alibaba this board was enough and each relay can manage up to 7A output with 220V power input.
1.how can we make it works
2.if is not working as promise we have to organize a refund but I will be very disappointed because we were planning to buy several for this system.
