1. analog input ports can't use for RXTX module. it's only use for analog input.
2. it's not easy to re use the RS485 esp32 pins for other function. if you want more free GPIOs to use. i suggest you chose F8 board, not A8v3.
3. yes, 1-wire can use for i2c bus.
