N30 FIRMWARE FROM MAC TO N30 DEVICE

Hello I am trying to get the programme operating and functional from my MacBook and then transfer it onto the N30 system although I have these issues below: 
1. THE SCAN start doesn't populate like the tutorial see the attached screen shot. 
2. It doesn't pick up the IP and the UID
