KC868-A16v3 Problem with MQTT (HA): Connection disconnected after approximately 5 seconds.
Hello, I'm experiencing this problem again:
Hardware: KC Board Model A16v3, Software version: v3.19.1
Recently, installing firmware 3.18.x was recommended when encountering this error. This resolved the issue for a few days.
After the error reappeared with v3.18.x, I installed firmware v3.19.1 on February 14, 2026.
After intensive validation testing yesterday, this error is present again. What is causing this?
In conjunction with Home Assistant:
When input is set to 0.0, output is set to Q0.0. The output remains at Q0.0 for approximately 5 seconds and then disconnects. Simultaneously, the MQTT connection (HA) is disconnected. After approximately 5 seconds, the system works again for a one-time output setting, and the temperature values are read/displayed correctly. An overloaded relay is not the cause, as the same fault occurs even without a load. I'm a complete beginner in this area and can't find a solution any other way.
