T32M issue with Output 1

can you connect with a load, such as a extend relay or DC contactor, test if work well. if also have this issue, tell us your order number, we will re send you a new T32M controller, maybe need replace the mosfet of OUTPUT1 port.

If I connect a load to this output it always stays on. I purchased the controller through your "Kincony Controller Store" on Aliexpress, I have messaged there.
