KC868-16A crashing in infinite loop

I connected an Ethernet cable and powered the board again:
   

I started the Scan Device Tool:
   

I clicked "StartMonitorPort":
   

Then clicked on "SCAN" and nothing appears on the left...

I think it is normal, because the log shows the board is still rebooting in a loop every 4-5 seconds due to a watchdog being triggered.
Can the ESP32 module be faulty ? Can I buy a new one and replace it ?
