Hi kincony customer support.
Lost control again to the kC-868-32B controller.
I can't see it on the list of ip on the network.
I tried the DHCB using rest of yellow and white led no succeed.
Also tried yellow , white and blue to get static ip no succeed.
From the previous thread we upgrade the controller to more newer version.
I con't control the controller using Kbox as before.
I appriciate remote access to resolve the issue please my contact details as below, you can contact me by whatsapp to sort this out.
