Tiny Alarm board after flashing seems to no longer working

Unfortunately, after resetting the power of the TA, from wifi there is no SSID broadcasted. Thus I cannot connect via Wifi. For ethernet, in the current version of Kincony scan tool, there is no way to select a USB Ethernet dongle (the list only has the wifi adapter). As my laptop has no ethernet port, the only way I can connect via ethernet is to make use of a USB ethernet dongle.
