Despite being an "old" order, I tried to download the firmware for the first time just a few days ago, due to delays in the design and construction of the electric panel of this project (a swimming pool/spa control unit). Despite (and because) of these delays, I am running out of time, and therefore I would be grateful if you could speed up the process.
I am a novice user of KIncony products. I have previously bought a KC868-A4 unit, which I used as a prototype to learn and do some simple programming.
