Issue with http request - Says http not open

Just tried with version 2.2.10 and still have the same result in http : I'm able to read the outputs, but not to read the inputs (http not open).
Something is wrong somewhere and I can't figure it.

maybe you can change a web browser to test. or you can use another computer for a testing.
