Board output not responding to input commands

Hi,
Finally I've received the kc868-a16 unit and got it working. Or at least somewhat working. I've flashed the kcs_kc868_a16_v2.2.18 firmware and it seems to be working. The board boots up and I can connect to it through the browser but I can't control it.
In the monitor tab there is the output section and I can click on ALL ON or ALL OFF and the squares go green or gray but the board doesn't do anything. The led indicators don't turn on and checking with a multimeter there isn't anything opening or closing.
I've tried shorting the digital inputs but that doesn't do anything either.

Am I missing something? Do I need to set up anything else?

1. because you have not connect with RED cable in photo.
   
2. if you want digital input work with digital output, you need set by IFTTT, you can check KCS v2 online guide firstly. here is online guide:

1. I've set up wireless connection in the wifi section. The board is connected to the wifi network and I connect to the admin interface typing in the web browser the board's IP address. 

2. I've checked the online guide. That is how I flashed the firmware and set up the board. Then I connected to the board's wifi network on my phone and set up STA wifi connection. After the board connected to the wifi network I connected to it using my computer. This is how I access the boards admin interface.

What do you mean by:

if you want digital input work with digital output, you need set by IFTTT 

I don't want to set up automatizations yet.

Right now I just clicked on the button ALL ON / ALL OFF and I expected the board will turn on / off all the outputs. Nothing happens. No indicator lights come on nor there is continuity at the outputs. I've tried shorting the inputs and nothing happens either.

your A16 board have not connect "DC input" with power supply. i have already told you see my first photo of RED cable, you have lose.
