KC868-A4 with Tuya app

Hi,

I have a KC868-a4 board, with fimware 2.2.20 installed. I purchased tuya licence and everithing on the board seems to work, except that the board is always offline in tuya app. Already tried several things, multiple resets,... I have no idea, how to set in to online state. Any idea?

can you with A4 board KCS monitor webpage, the tuya state whether is GREEN color always? or sometimes GREEN, sometimes RED?
