If I tried the kc868 a16v3 with your latest firmware version, is the aforementioned board able to set the inputs of the kc868 ha v2 to make the outputs communicate?

sure, it's ok, download KCS v3 firmware, protocol webpage: set RS485 use for HAv2 protocol. so that HAv2 digital input can toggle with KC868-A16v3 output directly.

I managed to get it to work on the board's wired control so far, everything's fine, now I have some doubts! First, why does the output of my kc868 A16 activate? Second, I tried inserting the rs485 string into the IFFFT commands and the relay doesn't activate, can you show me how? Consider that it's address 1 with id10 and all the commands are in Edge event toggle! Ah, I have the kc868 A16v2, but I saw that you listed it as compatible!

if you want use HAv2 + KC868-A16, not need use IFTTT. just go to protocol webpage, set A16's RS485 protocol= "HA". so that HAv2 will work with A16's output directly, just need set HAv2 by PC software firstly.

Okay, one question. What's the main difference between a KC868 A16v2 and a KC868 A16v3? Does it also allow me to map KC868HAV2 boards? I saw that you updated the V3 firmware by adding the DST. You did a fantastic job. I think you should do the same for the V2 boards! Oh, by the way, I used the UART software to read the HEX code of my outputs and they work on the IFFFT command, but I wasn't able to implement the timed output function and the toggle output. Is there a way to do it?

KC868-A16v3 improvements based on old KC868-A16:

1. use by ESP32-S3-WROOM-1U (N16R8) big memory size chip. support extend wifi antenna by IPEX port.
2. add NTC power protect circuit, if polar exchange will not burn board.
3. replace LAN8720A with W5500 ethernet chip, more stable.
4. fixed RF receiver circuit bug.
5. add DS3231 high-precision RTC clock.
6. support KinCony new cloud service.
7. support KCS v3 support Apple HomeKit and Loxone Miniserver system.
8. add SSD1306 LCD display
9. add SD card to save LOG
10. support KCS v3 newest firmware more powerful functions.
