Button switch module connect with KC868-Hx smart controller by RS232 port, wall switch panel or any buttons can connect with this board for manual control relay switch. It can use in smart home automation control system or other IOT project.
The performance and features of the button switch module are as follows:
1: DC12V power supply input, and provide DC12V power supply output for the use of third-party equipment.
2: External switch circuit provides independent power supply input interface to improve the anti-interference of long-distance transmission.
3: RS232 communication interface, connected with kc868-hx network relay board.
4: It supports the use of 32 independent wireless remote controllers for each relay. The wireless control distance is open and the theoretical value is 1000m. The actual distance depends on the environment.
5: Long distance switch button connection, the distance between the button and PCB board is up to 300 meters.
6: Support DIN-Rail type installation with special rail buckle.
7: It supports up to 32 key switch connection terminals and “ALL-ON” and “ALL-OFF” special interfaces.
Before the first use, it is necessary to learn signal code the remoter with the wireless receiving module (learn two 16 key wireless remoter respectively):
1. Press the small white button on the wireless module to clear the code (about 15 seconds) until the red LED off on the wireless receiving module.
2. Press the small white button on the receiving module to learn wireless signal, and then press any number key on the remoter , such as key “1”. After learn signal successful, the red LED red on the wireless receiving module will flash several times.
At this time, the 1-16 key can be used to control each relay switch. 17-32 key learning way is same for second remoter and wireless receive module.
switch terminal board have two work mode, “light” and “motor”. The default setting is “light” mode.
Switch terminal board work mode exchange:
Press “ALL OFF” button for 5 times. Will change to another work mode:
1: Light mode: every input port control one relay output. (When change to this mode, relay32 will turn ON/OFF for 3 times quickly)
2: Motor mode:every two input ports control one motor for two relay output. (When change to this mode, relay32 will turn ON/OFF for 3 times slowly)
3: Work mode state save to EEPROM so that remember the setting.
Protect:
Every relay when turn ON in “motor mode” will auto off after 1 minute.
what’s “motor” work mode?
