I have now home i want used will use home assistant
i want used momentary wall switch + 4 IP Camera + sound systems 4 zoom + alexa voice control
and i want connect all relay swatch by ethernet to the server between the floor
71 lighting circuits on / off
12 dimmer lighting circuits
6 air conditioner circuits with control keys
3 garage control circuit
4 motor
6Curtain motor
4 move sensor

I think you need these types of device:
KC868-H32B Pro
KC868-D16 + LED driver
KC868-AG
KC868-AI
AC contactor
1. KC868-H32B Pro is relay controller , mainly use for your light, garage door, curtain motor.
2. KC868-D16 use for your dimmer light.
3. KC868-AG use for send IR signal to control your air conditioner.
4. KC868-AI is a input module , connect with your move sensor.
AC contactor just extend the load current. because smart relay controller relay is 250v 7A MAX, if you want to control large current load, such as your heater circuit, need add the AC contactor, so that can control load by 220V 20A / 40A /60A .....
you just need to calculate the channel number , then decide how many products to use, maybe you will install every controller in every floor.
at last , if you want to install home assistant in KinCony's controller, you can add KC868-Server, if you already have raspberry pi, ok, just install home assistant on that.

there are two way for Zigbee device:
1. install zigbee USB dongle to KC868-Server's USB port.
2. install another zigbee3.0 gateway.
