i have the KC868-A16 REV:1.6 new and try to connect ethernet port and no open or no can see the lights, and connect to Router or my laptop, none show the ethernet port connect.
download the firmware "KC868-A16_Web_Server_Eth.ino.nodemcu-32s-202209151019.bin" install whit a ESP32 Download Tool, reboot and not see any change its the same

add these 1-3 item files. download every zip file, unzip it, will have the BIN file.

With these files works, and try with the firmware "KCS_KC868_A16_V2.2.2" and works fine but try the firmware "KC868-A16_Web_Server_Eth.ino.nodemcu-32s-202209151019.bin" but does not works. can i install the firmware "KCS_KC868_A16_V2.2.2" and connect to alexa?
How can doit?

sure, you can download KCS firmware, then add to Node-Red by mqtt, then use alexa node for voice control.

if you don't know how to do, the easiest way is use our tuya license and tuya adapter, so that can support alexa and google home.

Hello, please tell me where I can download the KCS_KC868_A16_V2.2.2 firmware file for KC868-A16 and communication with Home Assistant??
I found the file I was looking for for the A16 in the thread: https://www.kincony.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=3791 .
Following the procedure in https://www.kincony.com/esp32-kcsv2-firmware.html I used "flash_download_tool_3.9.2" to download BIN files to KC868-A16. My attempt to download has two variants - see the attached screenshots. Can you advise me where the problem is?

not need check 4 files option. only enable KCS_KC868-A16V2.2.2.bin the address set to 0x0
