As i understood we had 32 terminal blocks input can have bridges if i would like to have a group of one input or separate e2 input to 32 output as a second raw in the terminal block am i correct?

Do you have from HC686-H32B less channel 16B and 8B for the same controller function?

Back to the maximum current suggest every channel not >3A to use
If the load is 6 A for example can i use 2 input and 2 channel output switch on/ off together to carry the load 6 Amp ? Is it possible ?

switch termoa board , input1 -> output1, input2->output2 .....
if you want input1 customsize link with outputX, you need add KC868-COLB logical controller, that can do your logical set for input trigger output.

yes, H32B,H16B,H8B,H4B,H2B different output version relay controller you can chose.

no, not suggest use by this way. if large current, just add extend relay or contactor.
