I dont' think use mobile phone in stead TV, air conditioner fully is a good way. it's not easy control by phone, the IR or RF remoter is easy for user. such as control a TV , if you want to use mobile phone to change channel and volume is inconvenient.
so we usually use some most useful buttons, not need to learn all remoter's buttons.
some times will make automatic scene mode, then will learn some useful button.
such as temperature > xxx value, then air conditioner "ON", so you just need to learn COOL or HEAT button.
or scene mode for "movie", need turn ON TV, so you can learn "TV ON" button, when TV is ON, i think use remote is better to use.

You are right , however from previous experience remote control buttons get bsd after time and most likely no replacement and the mobile app to control them is the only way to use or sit beside the aopliance to ajust manuelly.
Also all modern appliance can control using apps but for each brand , type different app !

ok, if you want, just learn every button and create button in home assistant. if your appliance support home assisant directly, just add to home assistant will be easy, such as we have a video add SONY TV.

Can i program the IR and RF ( not kincony ) remote control for controller H32B,H32BS, D8 loads if i had the server on the network without connect server to load?
Or is the remote programing function for load connected directly to server and A16?
How i set the homeasistant yo work on 4G mobile nework not on home network?

1. if you use IR or RF remote , need use KC868-Server to decode by ESP32 on the board, need to program or set by esphome. if you use kincony's RF 433MHz remoter, it can control H32BS or D8 directly, just only need to pair signal with 433M receiver module.

you can check with esphome, how to learn IR signal then use AUTOMATION for relay ON/OFF.
