you have added the controller to account: QUIOSQUE SALINAS
so you need to login with this account, if you want to unlink, need you login your app to unlink, account can't be deleted.
"it only works via PC", use in LAN or remote?
if use KBOX need set work mode=TCP Server, after you changed setting, must "REBOOT" of your controller. if you also have problem, contact us by whatsapp number: +86-13336170682 our technical support will remote control your pc to help you.

hello, the remote PC is working from one city to another, only the Smart home application is that I don't have access

because of the password of the QUIOSQUE SALINAS, can you reset it please.
