Tasmota Settings~
In the Configuration -> Configure Module page assign:
GPIOx to DS18x20
After a reboot the driver will display Temperature.
Do you have reboot?

Everything is OK. My fault. Sensor must be connected :-), if it isn't, the temperature visualization isn't visible.
