E16T's tuya will can't use. but don't worry , you can download factory original firmware at any time.

Oh, TUYA not a must for me.
Would like to see a automotive version of this.
Anyway was trying to get the NTP to work, see my attachment.
Tried a few like ntp.org time.windows, but all doesn't work.
Abe to advice what NTP server works.

"Time zone" set in system webpage. you can set your own "time zone".

you can use relay output's "delay" function for control position.

I was thinking something like a % of opening for each blind. For example: opening 30% of the blind. Is that possible?

find a delay time value for "30%", can't use 30% in command directly, because board don't know your curtain track length.
