After loading the sketch, the Lan cable is not active and there is no Wifi signal from the board (the module is inserted into the board).

suggest you download KCS firmware for testing. here is online guide: https://www.kincony.com/esp32-kcsv2-firmware.html
if only use your own code, we don't know the reason.
