the LOG showed, can't find the files. make sure you have copied to correct folder as our photo.

I copied the 3 files as per attached photo. file editor inside the esphome folder

yes, it compile SUCCESS. just connect with your USB cable download to ESP32 chip.

What do you need to do as a next step? Do I need to change my api code? I would like to connect to wifi

the yaml file config use by ethernet, if you want use by wifi, modify the yaml file. you can see esphome online guide firstly , how to use wifi.
