i have said, i am not test with esphome save data function. you can check esphome whether support it, or search by google whether esphome support it to save data.

if you not use 4G module, you can use 4G socket's RXD,TXD pin for Nextion display.

INPUT use by PCF8574 i2c extender chip, it MAX frequency is 100KHz. also you can check with ESP32 datasheet, support INPUT frequency.
