причем тут мой браузер? у меня в системе точно не 1970 год. для синхронизации времени прописан NTP сервер и установлен часовой пояс. При подключении через LAN порт (выход в интернет через роутер) время синхронизируется, а вот через GPRS - нет.

unfortunately, WhatsApp is not working.
And without a video, I explained the problem in sufficient detail.
If the connection to the Internet is only via GPRS, then in the application on the phone, the device remains offline, although when connected to the device via AP wifi (192.168.4.1) on the Monitor tab, it shows that 
GPRS : connected

Tuya : connected

I also noticed that there is no time synchronization, although the NTP server is registered, the time zone is set - the clock counts down from January 1, 1970.

I also looked at the logs on the Tuya website - the device after rebooting connects to the Tuya cloud for just a couple of minutes and then falls off due to a timeout

KCS v3 work on A2v3 pcb, can use for that. change tuya PID.
