yes, i have thought whether can make a music fountain.
use H32BS output control pump. it's main need the pump and valve.

The fountain you mentioned is quite big, with 9 pumps, a lot of RGB color lights, numerous nozzles, and a large quantity of solenoid valves.

i think you can use KC868-AIO, it have many digital output and use for RGB LED strip.
