Hi there,
Just installed Node-Red and Mosquitto on Windows 11 PC, on the same setwork as my KC868-32BS,
Everything is green on the Node-red editor, but when I use the Alexa app to turn on or off the relay it doesn't work, I used only the Ethernet to configure MQTT.

i think you need to send command manually test firstly. you can add our technical support whatsapp , we use "anydesk" remote control your pc to help you.
