KC868-A16 questions - LTDU - 06-20-2022 Hi, I have some questions regarding the KC868-A16 board, please answer as follows: 1. I have a INPUT signal which is either connected to (common) GND or 5V. Will the inputs recognize this correctly? 2. I have an actor, type 1 (OUTPUT) which supports 5V and needs to be connected to GND when switched. Will this work? 3. I have an actor, type 2 (OUTPUT) which will need 15V output. Will this voltage be okay (instead of 12V)? RE: KC868-A16 questions - admin - 06-20-2022 1. digital input port, you can connect with GND or 12V, actually, you just let input port short with GND or not short with GND. Not need input any voltage. if you want to input voltage, MAX support dc12v. 2. 5v can be used, if <4v , means logical "0", if you use 5V means logical "1". 3. input MAX is 12v, if use 15v will be not good for long time, suggest connect a resistor in series to reduce voltage. RE: KC868-A16 questions - LTDU - 06-21-2022 Thanks! You mean all this for the INPUTS, correct? What about the OUTPUTS? Can they connect incoming 5V to GND? RE: KC868-A16 questions - admin - 06-21-2022 You mean all this for the INPUTS, correct? Yes "OUTPUTS" can output DC12v or DC24v, it according to your "Vin" with your power supply. you give KC868-A16's "DC input" port. see this photo. |
